Refund policy


At Puneet Gupta Crafted Fine Goods, each creation is a piece of art — thoughtfully designed, hand-crafted, and rooted in heritage. As our products are made with meticulous craftsmanship, we take utmost care in quality checks before dispatch.

However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to address an order concern. This policy outlines our approach to returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Custom-made & personalized products: Since many of our goods are custom-crafted, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Ready-to-ship products: Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Reporting timeline: Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order at info@puneetgupta.in.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if a replacement item is unavailable.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges, duties, or taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If eligible, exchanges will be provided for the same product or another product of equal value.

  • In case of a price difference, the customer will be required to pay the balance.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or monogrammed pieces

  • Limited-edition products crafted on special order

  • Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or discount period

Process

  1. Write to us at info@puneetgupta.in with your order number, issue details, and product images.

  2. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange the return pickup (where available) or share return shipping instructions.

International Orders

  • International shipments are not eligible for returns or refunds except in cases of damage in transit.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
